1.Introduction

4.Commission Structure
4.1. You will earn a commission (recurring on each payment) for each qualifying referral made through your unique affiliate link.
4.2. Commission rates and payment terms will be outlined separately in the Affiliate Program agreement or documentation.

5.Payment
5.1. We will pay commissions in accordance with the terms specified in the Affiliate Program agreement.
5.2. Payments will be made via the payment method specified by you during enrollment.

6.Intellectual Property
6.1. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, relating to Pro-URL.com and its services are owned by us.
6.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Pro-URL.com as part of the Affiliate Program.

7.Term and Termination
7.1. These Terms will commence upon your enrollment in the Affiliate Program and will continue until terminated by either party.
7.2. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to you.

8.Modification of Terms
8.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
8.2. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms for updates or changes.

9.Governing Law
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

10.Miscellaneous
10.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pro-URL.com regarding your participation in the Affiliate Program.
10.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10.3. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
